Ingredient Disclosure

KDox Cookies regularly uses and/or is in contact or around the following ingredients: AP flour, sugar, eggs, butter, cinnamon, peanut products, dairy products, etc. To help prevent cross contamination; stations are regularly sanitized, disinfected and gloves are changed after every flavor batch created. In addition, each cookie is individually wrapped to make sure everything stays seperated in your order. KDox Cookies wants to ensure that you experience the highest level of quality and accuracy in each and every order placed. You may receive a full refund or credit if:

 1. Wrong order was received 

 2. Cookies or packaging were damaged upon delivery (photos required)

 3. Unexpected delay or rescheduling pick up/delivery due to company error.

KDox Cookies will not issue any refunds due to dissatisfaction of flavors or personal taste.

Nationwide shipping is available now! Shipping days are Monday through Wednesday to ensure a timely delivery and to prevent delays in shipment…meaning if you place your order for shipping on Thursday through Sunday, your treats will be shipped out that following Monday through Wednesday schedule! Your treats will be securely sealed in a temperature controlled packing box and will be delivered either through UPS or USPS. Please allow 24 hours for your order to process and 1-2 days for your order to arrive. Scheduled delivery times are subject to change due to weather or emergency situations and will be up to the shipping company For further information. Price for shipping depends on delivery location and weight of your order. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES OUTSIDE!
