Ingredient Disclosure

KDox Cookies regularly uses and/or is in the same environment and may come in contact with each of the following ingredients:

AP Flour
Cinnamon
Sugar
Eggs
Dairy Products
Nuts

For your safety, stations are constantly sanitized, and PPE (gloves, mask, and hairnets) are always worn and changed after each batch is made. To further reduce cross contamination, every product/flavor is baked on its own try and are individually wrapped afterwards for proper packaging.

Refund Policy

At KDox Cookies, accuracy and quality is always important when serving my customers. Your order will qualify for a refund/ credit if the following occurs:

Missing Items
Damaged/ broken product or box (pictures required)
Inadequate quality of product (i.e melted, not decorated, etc.)

If there is any issue with your order when you recieve it or when it’s placed please reach out with your order number and it will be resolved as quickly as possible. KDox Cookies will not refund you for simply not enjoying the flavor you choose.
